Situated on one and one-half acres in historic Wayne, PA, the house has grown from its original use as a single-family home to become a hotel, a boarding school for girls and a 25-apartment residence. Its most recent renovation has transformed it into 12 luxury condominium residences that uniquely combine Wayne’s historic architecture with innovative restoration techniques.
